• Extremely large files can be flagged as potentially not relevant to a case.
• A standard, unique TIF or specified image format is created that maintains the original presentation.
• The data is organized and categorized to ensure that the final output matches the requirement of the customer.
• Text and metadata are captured from source files by coding and indexing processes with accuracy.
• Output data can be transformed to the desired format based on clients’ requirements. E.g. hardcopy or print; imported into litigation-support software; or imported into any electronic document repository or specific database.
