Purpose

This is to highlight the successful collaboration between our client and SoftSages Technology in developing the core and exceptional recruitment activities. This is more inclined towards showcasing and aims to illustrate how this partnership enabled our customers to enhance their IT recruitment model in order to grow their Staffing business.

Problem Statement

Our client was facing a significant challenge in the W2 independent consultant hiring as per their nature of business despite having a solid database. With the increasing importance of direct customer credibility in today's IT Staffing business landscape, our customer hasn’t allowed most of the other contract suppliers to work with them but they honored Softsages’ to help them in the IT staffing needs and to add the core values into the recruitment model. By the way, they generated and went up 30% revenue-wise in the last year with the brilliant support of Softsages’ recruitment.

Methodology

SoftSages’ has implemented some great methodologies for our customers, beginning with the client domain industry analysis and their priority needs. This led to a customized proper recruiting method where we followed the multi-level screening on MS teams before representing the customers. Also, we maintained a healthy relationship with the ongoing consultant to get more and more relevant technology-oriented consultants’ referrals from them. By the way, we channeled the word-of-mouth recruitment process internally to help fulfill the customer needs.
