Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer and Python Developer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will design and deploy intelligent systems, leveraging frameworks like Django, Flask, and LangChain for cutting-edge AI/ML applications. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to build innovative solutions that deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Development
- Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models for tasks such as text extraction, spam detection, and predictive analytics.
- Develop NLP algorithms and advanced generative models for real-world applications.
- Utilize pre-trained models and fine-tune architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Implement and optimize vector search mechanisms and data augmentation techniques for improved model performance.
Full-Stack Development
- Develop robust web applications using frameworks like Django and Flask, integrating with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Build REST APIs with authentication and role-based access control for secure and scalable systems.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and tools like Docker for deploying and managing applications.
Innovative Project Execution
- Use LangChain and LLMs to develop intelligent solutions such as multilingual chatbots and email content generators.
- Collaborate on projects involving RAG-based chatbots, custom payment gateway integrations, and multilingual support systems.
- Contribute to innovative projects, including emotion detection, resume ranking systems, and more.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and experience with JavaScript.
- Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning (Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Neural Networks).
- Familiarity with frameworks: LangChain, Django, Flask, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Database management expertise with PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone).
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker).
- Excellent understanding of API development, JWT authentication, and payment gateway integration.
Educational Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, and other LLM tools.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in dynamic environments.
- Prior experience in EDA and implementing machine learning solutions for complex data.
