Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. Role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of modern frameworks, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for writing clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using technologies like Java Spring boot.
  • Develop intuitive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React.js).
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and ensure high code quality.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in full-stack development.
  • Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js.
  • Back-End Skills: Hands-on experience with Java Spring boot.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
  • API Development: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
  • DevOps Basics: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  • Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
