Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software/IT Sales & Marketing professional with a proven track record of success in software sales targeting the US/India market. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in IT or software sales, specializing in developing strategies to increase market penetration, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. They will also be responsible for aligning sales strategies with overall business goals and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in software/IT sales, particularly targeting the US/India market

Sales Expertise

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and developing strategies to grow business in competitive markets

Industry Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of software, IT services, and technology solutions

US/India Market Experience

  • Proven experience dealing with US/India clients and deep knowledge of cultural nuances and market demands

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create compelling presentations, proposals, and product pitches

CRM Experience

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage sales pipelines

Analytical Skills

  • Strong ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to make informed business decisions

Negotiation Skills

  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation and closing high-value deals

Team Player

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • MBA would be a plus
